# AI Marketing Checklist
**Enk Consulting** — Free sample resource
For home services, clinics, and financial service businesses

Use this checklist to spot follow-up and lead gaps. Check each item that is already true for your business.

---

## 1. Lead capture
- [ ] Website forms send leads to one shared inbox or CRM
- [ ] Phone calls and texts are logged somewhere your team can see
- [ ] After-hours inquiries still get a reply (even if automated)
- [ ] You can tell which channel brought each lead (ads, Google, referral, social)

## 2. Speed to respond
- [ ] New leads get a first reply within 5–15 minutes during business hours
- [ ] After-hours leads get an auto-reply with next steps
- [ ] Someone owns follow-up when the first reply is missed
- [ ] No lead sits untouched for more than one business day

## 3. Follow-up system
- [ ] You have a written follow-up sequence (not just “we’ll call back”)
- [ ] Reminders go out if a prospect does not book
- [ ] No-show / quote follow-ups are automatic or on a checklist
- [ ] Old leads are re-engaged at least once a quarter

## 4. Practical AI use
- [ ] AI is used for drafting replies, summaries, or reminders — not replacing customer relationships
- [ ] Chat or FAQ covers common questions without sounding robotic
- [ ] Your team reviews AI messages before sensitive conversations
- [ ] Tools are on platforms you control (CRM, Make, Zapier, etc.)

## 5. Measurement
- [ ] You track leads, bookings, and revenue — not just clicks
- [ ] Monthly report shows what is working and what is not
- [ ] Ad spend is compared to booked jobs / appointments
- [ ] You know your cost per booked customer (approximate is fine)

## Quick score
- **12–16 checks:** Strong foundation — optimize and scale
- **7–11 checks:** Good start — fix the biggest gaps first
- **0–6 checks:** Start with speed-to-lead and a simple follow-up plan
